Single Status Update
I lost my husband back on 04/30/18 to suicide, one week after he lost his job. We had been together almost six years and was married back in Oct 2017. I finally got a chance to start reading what others have been going through. Grief and loss has taught me even more about soul growth. I have been doing a lot of grief yoga to help me release and balance my mind/body.
I am so sorry you lost your beloved husband and in such a tragic way. It sounds like you are doing good things to help you process your grief. I wish I had your kind of discipline! No matter what, this is a difficult and sad time and there is so much that we have to do - muddling through all the paperwork, trying to make sense of it all, trying to just get through each day. I'm glad you found us - and I hope you make some connections here, perhaps with others who know loss through suicide.
