  Hi Rita, You are definitely not alone. It has been a little over a year now for me. Still navigating without my LH I had known for more than half my life. Some things are challenging and hard to change; and other things I am quite proud of myself in accomplishing. I have not yet thought of dating again. It actually scares me a bit. I have a busy life and it is important to prioritize what things are important to me.
