tybec Posted November 21, 2020 Share Posted November 21, 2020 I try to focus November on thankfulness. Before the Christmas holiday time that can be full of stress, gluttony and sadness, too. Not always in the mood to do so. But given the pandemic, which has altered my holiday season significantly, I am trying to have an attitude of gratitude. I know I have so much to be thankful for. Lately I've been leaning towards a glass of wine or three many nights - this is a reminder to do things differently. Happiness hacks are awesome! The past 8 months I have spent quite a bit of time hiking in the woods and it elevates my mood! Trees, nature and fresh air is added to your list.
