Just lost my wife of 13 years to breast cancer, she was only 37. I'mm still in shock, the finality of the event is still so hard to grasp. Having a hard time just getting out of bed... Any advice? Are support groups helpful? 1:1 counseling? I'm in Phoenix (east valley), would welcome any suggestions on coping.
