  1. I lost my husband back on 04/30/18 to suicide, one week after he lost his job. We had been together almost six years and was married back in Oct 2017.  I finally got a chance to start reading what others have been going through. Grief and loss has taught me even more about soul growth. I have been doing a lot of grief yoga to help me release and balance my mind/body.

      I'm so sorry for your loss Swanprincess...I didn't know there was such a think as grief yoga...I lost my husband a year ago and I just started yoga again this month.  It's an amazing thing...yoga!
