A few years behind you, but I get it!! My boss didn't listen to me scheduled a performance meeting ON the actual day!! Although bottom line he was cool, it wasn't at the moment!! End of day he asked me how it was, told him first full day ON, THE day...so it was ok as it was the first!! I was proud, even though I flailed thru the meeting. That night I cried too!! However was so proud if my "first" day!! If that makes sense!!!
