Well it's been quite a while since I was here I thought the site had ceased. Imagine my delight to find it again tonight like I did all those years ago and when I am in need of support. I notice some familiar names although I doubt will be remembered. I just wanted to say, whilst it sometimes gets easier it is still easy to slip backwards. Good wishes to all x
