Guest wecouldbeheros Posted January 18, 2017 Share Posted January 18, 2017 I think you use a "widower" tax return and if you were married a tax advisor will tell you how to file his, either way I wouldn't attempt to do your own without a reputable tax service, I als would not use anyone like h and r, research a good tax guy local on google.
