This morning, in that twilight between dream and awake, I thought seriously of him. Not the animals making noise outside that I had to go deal with, not the early morning meeting with folk in europian time zones that I had to call in to. Just him and me. His memory rises up much more here. It is confusing for me sometimes. It feels like 2 lifetimes ago, but I still miss him. I wish I knew what to say.
