SoVerySad Posted May 25, 2015 Share Posted May 25, 2015 I'm glad you were so inspired, Mr. C. This morning I went to the Memorial Day parade in town. My daughter was playing in the band. I was so touched by the older men and women marching or riding in old cars and buses, along with the motorcycle riding vets, and the marching ROTC students from our high school, several of whom I know personally. I was kind of embarrassed as tears started flowing thinking of all the families who have lost loved ones in service to our country. I literally could not stop the tears from flowing for the rest of the parade. I managed to smile through them and wave to the service members.
