donswife
Just wanted to share I decided to sell my Dons show truck , it had been in storage for 4 years while we renovated our house It was a truck we had when we were dating , bought it for $500. He worked on it for years to make it an award winning truck I hated the idea of it just sitting there , slowly rusting away A friend of ours bought it and came and picked it up tonight I couldn't be here , would be to sad to see it drive away My friend left whatever was in the truck in my doorway ..license plate , registration . the only piece of paper that was in the glove box was the receipt for my engagement ring he bought me 24 years ago again a sign he gave me loud and clear I did the right thing
DansSoulmate
Beautiful! At the beginning of May I sold Dan's Harley to his best friend from our hometown and when he rode it up to the house and stopped a hawk flew overhead really low between the trees and the house...we had to duck. He said the same thing happened to him when dan and him were riding after another friend passed. Totally believe it's dan's way of showing his approval
Virgo
I'm sure it was difficult even though you know it was the right thing to do. I have been telling myself that I really should take some photos of his Cobra Mustang, so I can 'get it out there' to sell. I still haven't. Last year when I tried I cried when I took the car cover off. I am going to do it this year though. (I think.)

donswife
Virgo- seeing the truck and having to decide what to do with it was one of the hardest things I had to do sounds so funny with all the crap we have to do I cried everytime I thought of it I am sure it the same is for you with the cobra mustang , dont worry about when you will sell it you'll know the right time I think it was because don and I had only good times with the truck that made it so hard was just cruising and having fun , something that seems so far away
