Just a small update... We planned a longer day yesterday to do a lot of different things, talk a lot and learn about each other. The day was nice with some very nice moments and some I still wondered about. In the end, the player in him revealed himself. I am a damn good catch and I deserve so much more....

Thank you again. I did meet him tonight finally! It was supposed to be tomorrow but I took a chance on tonight as I was near where he was and he loved the idea. There was chemistry but also a little hesitation in my part as we were getting used to each other. Our original date is still on for tomorrow so that is a good start! I'm taking it one step at a time....

I'm sorry it will be so hard going without him Jen. In the past I would have gone crazy with the research and deciding. This time I just did it. Test drove 4 and picked the one I liked the best!

Pretty proud of myself! Negotiated and got a good deal too all by myself! The sales person (a woman ) had to ask me who the decision maker was. ME!!!! Why can't a women be the decision maker!!!! Sheesh! This might sound crazy but last night I had a strange experience, maybe a visitation. In what felt like a dream, I was in my kitchen and saw and heard a shadowy figure. Before I could make out what they said, I woke up but a rush kind of feeling went through my chest. I took it as a sign to do this today! I am excited for my new car! My old one is 10 years old, broken AC, needs a new muffler and has a cracked bumper. It was time!

Don't know what I'm doing either! I've tried both, neither seem to work for me. Right now I'm only on OK Cupid. Yup! Lots of 20 year olds again! I am talking with one very intriguing man, right now. We have a date next Saturday as he is on a business trip right now. He seems to check out, have his name and everything. He is just older than I am used to, 8 years older. We do have a really good connection. We've spent lots of time on the phone etc. We shall see!

I know many of you have connected initially with your chapter 2's on line for a while before actually meeting in person, due to distance. If you have had a really good connection, how was the first in person meet? Was the connection instantly there or did it take some time? Or was it not there.
