it so hard to have made a decision and have people question it do what you need to keep yourself sane or at least our version of it so maybe you need to keep a bit of distance from this friend to do that you will find you lose a few friends at this time but the ones you keep (even of its just one) are your true friends

Brenda: You made it through the first of "first" Never sure how to react to this but we are all still standing so that has to be good my year one was in October The only good part was I went to a bago dinner the night before so it gave me a bit of strength It surprised me, how the actual day ,I couldn't stop the raw tears from coming you know the ones that are non stoppable no matter where you are take care -
I am so sorry for your loss The anniversaries are tough and the furthur out the dates get the less people seem to remember You do whatever feels right for you Just to get up and get through the days ahead is an accomplishment, so please know that much For me when these days would be tough I would take our dog for a long walk in the woods so I could take a deep breath and not have to deal Be gentle with yourself Take care

I do understand what your going through or at least my version of it I am glad you posted here I will look in the mirror and see the face that no longer smiles or how my eyes have become dull Then I try and remember the person he fell in love with and try to get that spark back It comes and goes but I do get it back in little bits I hope the same for you but even if it doesn't, know we do get it and we can be your support
